Cleared Oracle Interview, But Offered Only 8% Hike

Hi everyone,

I recently went through the interview process at Oracle for a Sr. Functional Consultant position and successfully cleared all the rounds. However, what caught me off guard was the final offer — just an 8% hike on my current CTC (which is below 20 LPA).

With 4.10 years of experience, I was honestly expecting something more aligned with market standards for this role.

Could someone please advise what the ideal salary range should be for a Sr. Functional Consultant with my level of experience? Your insights would be really helpful.
