Citco Work Culture?

Joining as an Operations Analyst (fresher) at Citco Hyderabad soon - wanted to know how's the work culture there.

Please let me know what should I be minding and what to avoid. How's the treatment and perks for regular employees.

Also, I'm thinking of having the Guest House facility for first 15 days - as I'm coming to Hyderabad and should search for a stay.

Do you know where this guest location is, exactly? And, is it chargeable from our salary?
