Cisco or Workday
It's been 2 years at Cisco, but I don't see much personal or professional growth. I've received a better offer from Workday, and I'm trying to decide whether it's worth leaving Cisco to join Workday or if I should wait and aim for a MAANG company instead.
One concern I have is that the role at Workday is heavily centered around Xpresso, which is a proprietary language. I'm not sure if working with a proprietary tech stack will be beneficial in the long run.
I'm feeling a bit confused, and I’d really appreciate some clarity or suggestions from those who might have faced a similar situation or anyone
Thanks

Wouldn't have Workday on your experience open more opportunities later? Within workday, it's partners or possible competitors.

A solid point to consider, but I am bit afraid since internal switch at cisco was not an ease, most of the attempt failed, those experiences made me to loose hopes on internal switch.. but things might be different at Workday, still...

The only + point I see is the plethora of possible opportunities you might get as you will be working with a firm which has its presence in almost all well known firms and have multiple partners and you never know you might get an opportunity outside of India too. Had I been in your place I would've given it a try imagine having two big and reputable names in your resume and unless you ask the answer would always be "no". So once you move there wait out for 6 months understand and analyze your managements behaviour and then ask for the internal opportunity.

Even I have an offer in workday for xpresso role. I also have same concern
