So I heard, you guys are giving the complete rent payment of lock-in period of suppose 9 months to owner at once, and renter will be paying rent as 0 interest EMI. So essentially, tenant is taking a loan from a bank to pay rent… am I right?
And what happens if tenants wants to leave the flat before lock-in, but is finding a replacement? Will the loan amount transfer to new tenant?
@SuperThirst As mentioned in the rent agreement I signed, if I break lock-in I am liable to pay entire lock-in amount otherwise I can find a replacement for me & he can pay me, further I'll pay to bank and it is No-Cost-EMI jo the interest on loan is bear by these guys.
I was shocked when last month I moved to Gurgaon for my  1st job & found that to move into 30k apartment I  need 90k amount before entering the property. I tried to find options to bypass the hefty security deposit & came to know about CirclePe, these guys are solving such a realistic problem.
