ChargeBee lead software engineer compensation

Hi Everyone,

I am here to ask suggestions on joining chargebee as a Lead Software engineer. Current Org: Walmart Global Tech Current CTC: 28 Fixed+5 bonus+6 RSU = 39LPA YOE: 7years Current offers in hand: None (2 interviews are in final stages)

I am waiting for the HR discussion so reaching out here to understnad what would be a good expectation for the role. If chargeBee as a company is a good choice in terms of WLB and the Tech? Any suggestions or guidance is very much appreciated
