Carrier advice please
Hi I am a full stack developer with 9 years of experience. I tried applying for new opportunities from March 2025, I was able to clear a few interviews but they are not providing me with an offer letter . Not sure what I am missing or need to improve from my end.
If you can please share your view ,I will focus on that area and will improve myself

Thanks for the information,my current CTC is 25L, I think this is not up to market standards

Maybe your CTC is already high for them to give a better offer

Maybe your current tc is high and thus expected is also higher? They might be getting other resources in less cost given market is down currently
