What's DEI?

Disagree. Companies get ESG score points because of DEI. They will care as long as they get those points and get benefits from it from UN , govts and other bodies.

Size of industry may change but it's not going anywhere. Ola still has an all women factory floor, that's DEI too. Bhavish isn't going back on that just because DEI is getting a bad rap internationally.
