Career transition

Hi everyone,I’m seeking honest career advice. I’m a 2019 Mechanical Engineering graduate with 5 years of experience in Product Compliance. overview of my experience: • 1.5 years as Associate Compliance Engineer – SAP end user • 3.1 years as Project Engineer – no ERP used • 6 months (present) as Senior Engineer – using BAAN ERP

Skills: REACH, RoHS, TSCA, PFAS | MS Office | SAP | BAAN ERP | Teamcenter | Power BI Currently, I’m seeing no real growth in my domain and I’m looking to transition into a better-paying and flexible role. I’m a task-oriented person, and I deliver well.

I’m confused between two options: • SAP MM Consultant • Business Analyst Data anlyst

I would really appreciate it if experienced folks here could guide me on: 1. Which role has better growth and salary potential? 2. Which role offers more remote or onsite opportunities?
