Career trajectory for non-tech PMs

Hi, being at a mid senior position, I’ve been torn at what should my next move look like? What I’ve realised is Product Management is domain and role influenced. Currently I’m generic and own an entire platform hence I know a little bit of everything. Data, tech, AI, you get the picture.

I’m starting to wonder where do I go next? Should I delve deeper into maybe Data or AI or technology so that I can become a data PM? Or a tech PM? Or should I keep growing horizontally? But that feels so crowded and I feel comes with a glass ceiling.
