Career Growth in Financial Services/ Banking/ AMCs

Hi guys,

I've been working since the last 1.5 years as a customer service & operations analyst ( similar to process analyst/ operations analyst etc. ) in Retail Banking Ops and would like to upskill and switch to better roles ( where productivity and performance is not quantitative but qualitative as well).

My target roles/job profiles are those where BAU is not confined strictly to copy paste tasks but stimulates intellect.

Would appreciate suggestions/certifications / courses which will make my resume strong { strong enough to apply in mid-career roles in investment banks( for example JP Morgan), AMCs (BlackRock), audit firms (KPMG), financial services ( AmEx), banks with GCCs in India ( NAB ) }

Thanks in advance.
