Career growth guidance

Hi seniors. I'm 22 M working in a startup as SE 1 (Mobile). I'm specialized in Android and have also developed iOS app for the same startup.

FYI I don't own a Mac, so I usually make Android projects and want to move forward with it.

I want your guidance on when to make switches, what could be the right approach to grow both as a person in this industry and financially to get paid well enough.
