Career Growth: Deloitte vs PwC

How is the career growth at Deloitte USI, I have offer from PWC and Deloitte both with almost same CTC and same role( consulting domain). Which one will have best growth ? want openings so that I can decide which one I should join.

Go with PWC, USI career growth is not good, promotion are slow, work times are bad and you are basically just the backend for Deloitte US

That depends on the sector/domain of consulting you will be joining. Because the growth of the Team of PwC and Deloitte in that sector will also affect your growth.
