Career growth as an IT professional in serviced based company
I have been working for 6 years in serviced based company, I was in support role for 3 years and then switched to .net development and currently have 3 years ..my managers without looking into my interest are asking me move in other skill.Why are our career growths stunted and even with all efforts we put all these years , no one cares to communicate or give proper feedbacks.
Anyone can guide here for career coaches I can look for, as I want to analyse my strengths and specialise.

In some words, ur company doesnt have any requirement for the .net developer profile, hence asking u politely to make a move or do something else which will provide value to the company. Its not about u, its the current situation.
