Career Advice! Deloitte usi !!

Hi guys, im currently serving notice in deloitte usi with less than a month for LWD.

Consultant - exp 6yrs with 18 lpa (15.8 fixed). Next promotion may happen in 2027.

Having offer from capgemini for 23 lpa (21 fixed)

I gave interviews for various org in past two months and none clicked. I'm feeling very skeptical about leaving Deloitte now, when I dropped papers i was thinking only about learning tech in capgemini as they were recruiting for latest tech in my domain of Google ccai (Chatbot Development). But deloitte has good stability, perks and lot of leaves which other orgs dont provide.

Shall I revoke my resignation?
