Career Advice!!!!!!!!

Current Company -Oracle Exp - 4.5 years Position - Staff Consultant Role - External Client Package - 13.5 LPA ( Fixed 11.5)

New Offer Company - Vertiv ( Formerly known as Emerson Network Power Position - HRIS Analyst Role - for Internal Company ( expanding to other countries) Package - 21 LPA ( Fixed 19.85)

As a functional consultant with 4.5+ years of experience in the fusion division, I'm being considered for internal roles that focus on maintaining and enhancing internal requests and projects. I'd like to know if there's growth potential in these roles compared to my current external-facing position, where I'm involved in end-to-end client implementations. Should I consider transitioning to an internal role?
