hey so here goes my post...I graduated last year and have been working at a pbc. However, the package and overall growth is something that I don't like. I work on hybris and spartacus it's good but I don't feel like I'm learning a lot. In clg i was practicing flutter even took an internship in it. Now the problem that i have rn is....i feel like compensation rn is not good.. it's 8lpa. And more importantly growth is not that high. Flutter is something I'm interested in but don't really see any good high paying jobs here. Then tech is all about being flexible with your tech stack....What would you suggest grind out dsa and go for the faang or do open source and try to get into one of those european or us startups which give remote work option but high pay...
You can focus on DSA to target FAANG for better compensation and growth. Simultaneously, explore open-source and remote opportunities in Flutter or versatile tech roles at global startups for flexibility, high pay, and skill enhancement. You should balance both paths strategically.
Right now, just stay put. Once the economy becomes better, start looking out.
