Capgemini rehire policy
I have a question regarding the Capgemini rehire policy. Do they rehire the employees who left the company a while back? How many years of gap should be there to be eligible for rehire, and are there any other criteria?

What is Capgemini's promotion cycle, and how long do you have to be associated with the company to be eligible for a promotion?

I have worked at Capgemini for more than three years, so I have direct contact with the complexity of the Capgemini promotion cycle. I got worried about career advancement, but I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and clear the process was. Promotions usually take place once a year, and reviews are done based on performance, services to the project, and general impact. Developing a strong network and actively displaying your skills are important.
I discovered that taking part in different projects, training colleagues, and asking for feedback really improves your chances. If you achieve performance standards, you should be eligible for a raise after a year in the job. Based on my experience, Capgemini is an excellent place to grow your career because it values growth and development. All things considered, I value the opportunities and flexibility of the promotion process

When I worked at Capgemini, the promotion cycle happened on a quarterly basis. And you will be up for the Capgemini promotion cycle after 18 months. Though I got an early promotion, thanks to my supervisor and also the fact that I performed well. If you want to get promoted, make sure your performance gets noticed by everyone, especially your manager. Also, good feedback can help you get promotions easily.

I found the Capgemini promotion cycle to be both simple and organized, and I successfully walked its complicated landscape all over my time here. I was not sure at first regarding the deadlines and demands of the development. But once I started working there, I found that, usually, people can get promoted after 18 months of service as long as they achieve satisfactory results and show they have the skills required to reach the next level. I like the regular reviews since they made it easier for me to figure out my goals and areas for development. All things looked at, the promotion process felt just and encouraging, promoting continuous professional growth inside the organization.

Capgemini promotion cycle happens on a quarterly basis. If you want to get promoted in Capgemini, you need to work in the company for 18 months at least. But, there have been exceptional cases where employees received promotions in an early period, because of their performance. So, I would suggest you to give your best performance and get the promotion that you deserve. All the very best! :)

Is Capgemini a good company to join as a fresher? If they are releasing the offer in June-2024, when will the onboarding process start? Will it be a virtual or in process mode?
