It will take 2-3 weeks and also depends on how eagerly they wanted to fill the position I saw a lot of candidates get offers in 2-3 days after submitting the documents. Kindly wait and don't take too much continuous follow ups with HR via call.

I have appeared L1 round last week. What will be L2 round ? Is it technical or behavior round?

After clearing my technical round at Capgemini, I submitted my background verification documents on 16th May and have been eagerly waiting for the offer letter since then. I’ve tried following up via email and phone, but haven’t received any response yet.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue?
