Capgemini Newbie Queries!

Got an offer from Capgemini with 16 lpa and 1 lac joining bonus. How much would be my in-hand salary per month? Also HR mentioned I would be given C1 grade. What are the different grades and their levels in Capgemini? Worried about rumours on no annual hikes and learning opportunities.. Appreciate if anyone is able to provide me with a better understanding on this for me. Thank you!!
