I had done it for home purchase a few years back, had to submit a lot of paperwork including home agreement. I think there are 3 specific reasons only when you can withdraw - home purchase, wedding and death (not 100% sure that it’s these 3, please recheck once) and you have to submit very strong proofs for any of the reasons
