Hello everyone,
I have recently joined altimetrik in October 2024. Initially talent acquisition told me that I can do work from home for 6 months and after that once in a month I have to go to the office for 1 or 2 days, but after joining the situation is different they allocated me to client location and they are asking me to go to Chennai for 2 weeks in a month. I recently shifted to Hyderabad and I can't shift to Chennai due to family issues. So I started looking for other opportunities in Hyderabad and I got an offer from Capgemini with a 13% hike. Because of less time between the last switch. Can I switch from altimetrik to Capgemini now?

Go ahead and switch. People switch in a month as well. There are folks who switch and don't even state their previous employer ever (if its something under a month or 2). In the long run, this doesn't matter. But make sure the place you're getting into is good and checks boxes basis your expectations.
