Can offer letters be shared

I'm holding two offers and the other one is in the pipeline The company is asking me to share offer letters for negotiation.

Is it fine to share offer letters?! as it is confidential!!

Just share the pay structure break-up, tell them about the NDA. Never share the entire offer letter.

ask them that it is confidential and cannot share, but if they still insist ask them you can share redacted one without your name ( but that is of no use technically ) still you can share without your name over whatsapp no one can tell it is yours and you are safe.
