Can i reapply to different job at the same company if i am already being rejected from older profile in tech?

I am thinking of applying but i am thinking about the freze period i heard most companies have it that after a rejection u can't apply again to the same company is it true or can i still apply if the job opening and profile is different i am applying from naukri and LinkedIn
