Can anyone working at whatfix tell me what's really going on?

I heard that the company is not doing well at all and the VP of sales who was there for 11 years just quit randomly. An employee also has Sued them because he was treated very unfairly.

Some of my friends said the appraisals have been reduced to single digits and many old and tenured employees have left.

It seems that there is also a lot of customer churn...

I know they randomly hire people from all sorts of backgrounds and the bar is very very low and the work culture is terrible.

Can someone tell me what's actually going on there?
