If she took 30 attempts to get that support role, her growth is limited by herself and not Microsoft. These so called Next Gen Influencer ladies should give us a break. Also, don't forget the bias media houses have to showcase women achievement. Nothing against women but if the same would have done by a guy, it wouldn't have been such a big news. Peace ✌️

If you look into it, she was in Support role within Microsoft. Maybe that's why her growth was limited? She's in appwrite right now where maybe she has more development stuff to do?

What this show is a Support person inside Microsoft has better development growth by switching jobs rather than internal switching.
