Judging from the pay you posted, you're probably a tier-1 grad. People will always shit on you, not necessarily because you're overpaid but because they're underpaid.

He asked an open ended question on an anonymous platform and got so riled up on the responses that he resorted to Ad hominem as the response was not as per his expectations.
I don’t know why people feel mad when someone else had a well paying job. We should be happy that better paying jobs are coming to India and that more opportunities are out there.

Hey @imanageproducts , Just believe in yourself. If you start second guessing yourself after some people point out their observations based on their life and environment etc, you are letting them get under your skin! And this reaction post was totally unnecessary imo.
Ask urself same question after like a decade
It's not a boomers vs zoomers thing. You asked if it was industry standard and they answered it. Now that it's a negative answer suddenly they're jealous of you? Get a grip
