An Employee 4.2L being so loyal and works for the organisation πŸ’ͺ😁 day and night (rotational shift) by maintaining zero pending task & zero escalation through out the year.

πŸ’° Waiting for a hike or Promotion πŸ˜ƒ

Here comes the hike letter βœ‰οΈ (highly confidential) πŸ“¦

βœ‰οΈ Got 1-3 % of hike πŸ˜’ Salary got updated to 4.5LPA πŸ₯Ί

Lost hope -- work spirit -- again back to office doing the same work with half hearted zero interest.

Suddenly NEW joinnee appears.. with the same work spirit. And with no interest we need to provide KT. -------This part doesn't hurt πŸ˜”

But this part --- when u get to know that ----> new joinee got the job offer with 6LPA. ----> and still NEW Joinee feels that 6LPA is not sufficient and asks about promotion and hike to PM. 🀨

😳 Once KT completed - They release you from Project and put you on the bench waiting for the project.

Bench period completed. 😲

Then the layoff happens.. 🀯 That Employee is thrown out.πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«

Don’t be loyal, do whatever suits you. If you find a better opportunity outside go for it. The loyalty ship in current business has sailed a long time back.
