Biggest red flag you ignored for a crazy hike?

During the interview for my current org the manager literally took a call and started yelling at someone on his team while I was still on Zoom. Like full on screaming about a tracker. I remember thinking wtf is this but then HR offered a 70% jump and my brain just justified it. I told myself maybe he was just having a bad day lol. Cut to six months later and my mental health is completely shot. I'm popping antacids daily and dreading mornings. The money is there but I don't even have the energy to spend it. What did you guys ignore?

cant answer your question but… I feel like sometimes it is a good deal. People might have different opinions but think about it… earning 5 LPA in peace until your life ends or just earn 50 LPA in xero WLB until you have enough funds and then you live life your way… To me second option sounds better

Can't agree more, always choosing the second option

This was literally my exact logic when I accepted the offer lol. But honestly, the burnout makes it so hard to even enjoy the money.
