Hello Everyone,
I’m a Data Architect / Data Modeller with 9.7 years of experience, currently serving my notice period at IBM (my 3rd organization), with my last working day being 3rd June 2025. My current package is ₹27 LPA, and I’m at Band 7B.
I’ve recently received an offer from NTT DATA for a package of ₹45 LPA (₹40L fixed + ₹5L variable) at Band 10.
I would really appreciate your insights on the following: 1. How is NTT DATA as an organization to work with? 2. How is Band 10 in terms of role, expectations, and growth? 3. Is it considered a stable and safe company from a long-term career perspective? 4. What are the on-site opportunities like, especially for architects or client-facing roles? 5. How is the work culture and work-life balance? 6. How are the clients/projects in terms of exposure and learning?
Also, if there are any other important aspects or questions I should consider before making a decision, please feel free to share.

I Worked for Ntt previously everything is good in the company. For sure you will not get variable pay since I didn’t get for 2 years. And if you come To bench policy is not at all good. They will give you only one month time and you will not be aware who is your point of contact and suddenly after one month you will get HR call.
