Currently working in service sector 4.3yrs of experience and 3.26lpa is my package. Since I am from bca background they put me in bps (bpo). Currently working in react project. Now got selected for a product based company for 8lpa. In 4.3 years I took 2 years leave without pay for my higher studies and returned back to same organisation. The problem is I didn't inform this to new organisation. They have initiated my bgv. Really afraid will they find this out and revoke the offer? They asked me to submit my pf passbook . Is it okay to submit my 6 month payslip as it also contains the pf details?
Which is the new company? Likely they may get to know this as part of bgv, tenure is one of the primary things that fets verified in employment. If they are looking st passbook and UAN based check, they will easily see months where your contribution was there and for some time when it wasnt
