Better job search platform
I know apply jobs have very less to no chance irl. But which platform is better when you are searching for jobs and want to apply from? If I'm missing some platform which is actually helpful, let me know in the comment. Thanks everyone!

Applying doesn’t seem to work without a referral anywhere, especially for junior posts.
But setting up my profile on naukri made me visible to recruiters and i do get calls once a week.

One of my friends got hired at another company after just a formal interview because of a referral. My manager joined another company, and my colleague shared their resume with the manager, had a brief Google Meet, and got hired.
