Minoxidil. Koi bhi dermat ke paas jaoge, yahi recommend karenge. Besides this, stress management and healthy eating is the only thing that works.

Oil and shampoo you have to experiment with for good scalp health, but it wont regrow hair.

Ive heard minoxidil shows result but not good for long term. Resistance built up with time.

Try and find a good Dermatologist. Bald ones are better IMHO

Finasteride, not even minoxidil is a guarantee.

There is one miracle drug funded by Google in level 2 testing but we have to wait at least till 2030

My recommendation - Finasteride/Dutasteride + Minoxidil (Long term solution)

@See_ee_oh Get your blood report done, check if your Iron, and vitamin levels are in place. If not may be you need to take doc prescribed supplements along with good food with optimal protein intake, exercises and sleep. Coming from a girl who faced severe hair loss due to stress and poor food habits and just after few months of following this, saw a great difference. Also, rosemary oil also seemed to help alot. Also, If you are showering with very hard water, use water softners
