If they are senior citizens, you must go for Star Health Red Carpet plan. It's the best plan for senior citizens in terms of pricing and most importantly smooth claims. If they are not senior citizens yet, you may consider HDFC Ergo Optima Secure plan. It gives good coverage and it's from one of the top insurance company, hence claims experience will be better.

No insurance covers dental, is it?
OPD is available as an addon with a normal health plan, but they bump up the premium crazily.
There are also standalone OPD plans available, but they have PED waiting periods attached. I didn't see any plans as attractive as yet.
