Best career advice that I’ve started applying

Network is everything. I’m an introvert and don’t really like talking too much at work unless it’s absolutely necessary. I started taking networking seriously one year ago, and have built real relationships with people in the industry by going to networking events, etc. The downside is that I feel extremely drained after these events. But despite it all, I truly believe this will help me a lot down the line and has already helped me get interviews for really good roles
