You need to accomplish things sooner Try to achieve things that previously was planned for 2 years , in 6 months Completed or not But far ahead than most people
Exercise and exposure to gym
Learn to work under stress More productivity is achieved if constraints are tight More resources of the body will be burnt but the work will be completed early Leaving more time for other things
