Benchmarking salary @12 year exp
I am a CA with 12+ years exp with Big4s, and some experience with industry. I am at 60 lpa incl variable and want to understand what is the benchmark for ppl in finance functions in retail industries with same years of exp! afew friends in industry earn 10-15 lpa more than me. Am i benchmarking it right or should i stay put?

Seems quite low considering your experience. A friend of mine earns around 80+ lpa in one of the Big4s.

it could also depend which function of a big4 he is in..if he is in advisory it is possible
