Is anyone on the bench period for a long time ? I have been talking to people who are on the bench for quite some time(months) and not getting any project calls.

Are you DI or USI, from what I have heard in DI there are a lot of staffing opportunities, but people are still on bench. Not sure why that's the case.

Do as many courses as you can, get in touch with AD/D for any non billable work like RFP/RFI, this will help in becoming billable.

I want to know if you are rolled off from project in Deloitte India. How much time can you stay on bench, then too when you have recently been confirmed. Also, is there a risk of being fired?
