You are earning good man. Don't focus on anyone else. That might disrupt the mental peace and eventually you will feel like nothing is enough. When I had 1 yoe I was earning close to 7LPA. Not everyone's journey is the same. You just have to keep patience and have perseverance, you will get there eventually.
I think grapevine still doesn't have good enough data to compare and create salary cards, in a few months once enough people share their salaries, we might get proper comparison
