balance between professional and personal life

Hi folks, a genuine ask to folks specifically in Bombay who are working for approx 10 hrs and that too from office and also the traveling to home in local, metro. How are you guys managing this exhaustion and also preparing for your next job/career. Would really like your views on managing various stuff in your life while maintaining a healthy balance to each and every component.

I stay close to my workplace (BKC) commute is a bitch but hopefully the metro should solve. I also share cabs with by colleagues which helps in cutting costs. I work from home till 11 in the morning so that I face less traffic
