Background verification seriousness, need thoughts

I got accepted in an MNC last week and I need to submit some documents for BGV. I have an ongoing case for an accident I had met with 3 years ago under the motor vehicle act. It’s a false accusation and the hearing is almost done. I’m just worried about how this might impact my employment.

Should I disclose it to the HR first hand or should I just not disclose anything.

Need your thoughts here. It’ll be really helpful

Hello may I know what happened in your case?

It didn’t show up, cleared it somehow. I prayed a lot so i guess it helped

But I did disclose it to the HR on call, she mentioned it’s extra work for her to put this before the larger team and they’ll dig in deep which she didn’t want to do. But I felt better after telling her because it’s a stupid car accident case where the person who was over smart to sue me didn’t even remember which car it was and if it was mine

You are not applying for VISA application. Are they asking you this question in BGV form- Any history of criminal or other case against you? It should be your employment and PAN/ADHAR And degree varification only for employment within country.

Give what is asked only

They have a document which asks for acknowledgment that I don’t have a crime a history and if they find something they will terminate my employment
