Backend Tech suggestion

I have been doing Python, Django, React, Scraping, Cloud for 3.5 years, and now Im working with FastAPI and AI LLM for the last 6 months.

I want to learn one more stack and was wondering which would go best with what I already have. I’m thinking of Golang or maybe Java. Any suggestion?
