B2B Sales Process Suggestion

Hey there, SDRs and Sales Managers!

I have a question for you guys. I am close to 2 years into my B2B sales career, and so far I have picked up the essentials; keeping a tracker of cold calls/emails, keeping a schedule for follow-ups, trying your best to know things both inside and outside the company.

However, I still feel like I’m missing out on quite a few that makes me feel like a SDR.

Is there anything else I should be looking out for?

Your CRM should be updated on time for sure.
Also if you are using and sales engagement platform make sure you follow that religiously. At the end focusing on building good relationship with your prospects.
