Awaiting Offer Letter from Hashedin

I have got a confirmation mail from Hashedin By Deloitte on early may for SDE 2 role , but they said they will be able to release my offer later after 19th may as there was some tool upgradation thing going on or something.

I tried mailing and called the HR on 20th may , but got no response so far . Can I expect any offer or is it all doomed?

Call 2-3 times and if you didn't get response then look for other companies
