Don't go to any established shops. I have rarely seen their taste to be good. It's overhyped. Mostly the street vendors where you see a lot of people might be a good place. Ask around people there, I am sure someone is just as passionate about vadapav and will help you out.

Places to eat pav bhaji

I am from bombay and from time to time I crave pav bhaji. I havent had any lucky in finding good pav bhaji spots on swiggy/zomato and the bhaji to pav is fucked. There’s so little bhaji and 2 big pavs.
