If you have any refferal for me kindly help. I have been jobless form dec31st.

I have 1.4 yoe, and if i am getting shortlisted they are demanding very much skills mern+ docker+ kub.

In my organization i was only given to solve bugs and solve some stories. But now i have started creating full fledged projects.

The problem is that even after clearing the interview either they are ghosting or they are saying that position is on hold.

What should i do.. ? I m the only earner in my family.
