Associate Supervisor IN EY GDS

Hello Everyone,

Can someone enlighten me about the Supervising Associate (Rank 64) position in EY GDS. How good or bad it is? What the next Destination in progression? What is the role of counsellor? I can see my counsellor in my onboarding portal , so do they ever change?
