Assist me to choose the firm Deloitte or IBM

Hi Techies,

I have 5.9 years of experience in ETL Testing and have received job offers, from Deloitte and IBM, with the same package of 17LPA. I am torn between the two companies and would appreciate your advice. Which one should be preferred?
