There is not much moat in fantasy apps. Literally, every new startups ads come up between match overs. I guess more than 10 startups are competing in fantasy apps. Also, one customer won't be betting in multiple apps. Secondly, there is regulatory hurdle. Either, Ashneer will have to pivot or there is instant death in his startup. I hope investors don't put money in Cricpe. There is not much scope in new fantasy apps.

Rushed it and probably underestimated it. Building a fantasy/rmg platform requires a very good tech setup because you will get spike traffic from day1. They don't even have live leaderboard ffs.
