I wonder why all the PM's of Unacademy are leaving. A handful of those left are planning to switch.

Har 4 din me PM's ko kisi naye product pe shift kar dete hai aur idea bhi ekdum senseless aur product na chale toh PM ki galti. Toh udhar sb frustrated hai ki khud profitable hone ke liye naye naye startups ya products bnana chah rhe lekin bnane walon ki respect 0.

I guess PMs are frustrated with the leadership who talked about how they are changing the education sector 6 months back and now they are searching for new business to patch holes in the existing business.

A lot of people at Unacademy have already resigned, and they are unable to hire replacements from the market( for who knows what reasons). Now as we all know people who are left in the organisation are going to have a tough time.

As of today, 31 folks at role of Senior Manager and above are on notice. Combined number across Business, Sales and content Marketing.
