Are IT companies compelling Employees to provide a good feedback?
Recently a startup named YesMadam fired Employees based on the survey results which was created to see "if employees are really stressed at work".
So if the survey anonymity isn't valued and employee opinions aren't considered and also if employees who had put their opinion are in risk of loosing their jobs, then are the companies really working on promoting their companies on false feedbacks?
